On Tuesday, senior staff from Senator Libous' office held their latest meetings with local officials and community leaders to discuss how the State, County and non-profits can partner with Binghamton University to help transform Johnson City.
In the past two State Budgets, the Governor, Senator Libous and MofA Lupardo secured $60 million for the Binghamton University Pharmacy School project in downtown Johnson City. With a location near Wilson Hospital, the Pharmacy School should stimulate transformative development like a new location for The Agency (the rebranded Broome County Industrial Development Agency) and further development at the Goodwill Theater.
